Cross-Chain Bridge

Move tokens between Solana, BNB Chain, Base, and SUI without leaving TrenchTools

Overview

The built-in bridge powered by Li.Fi lets you transfer native tokens between all supported chains. Li.Fi is a meta-aggregator that finds the best route across multiple bridge providers (Wormhole, Mayan, deBridge, Allbridge) automatically.

Supported Routes

All combinations of:

  • Solana (SOL)
  • BNB Chain (BNB)
  • Base (ETH)
  • SUI (SUI)

Fees

TrenchTools charges no platform fee for bridging. You only pay the bridge provider's fees and gas on both chains.

Using the Bridge

  1. Navigate to the Bridge tab in the sidebar
  2. Select your source and destination chains
  3. Enter the amount to bridge
  4. Select source wallet and destination address
  5. Click Get Quote to see estimated output, fees, and time
  6. Click Bridge to execute
  7. Wait for confirmation (typically 2-15 minutes depending on the route)

  6. Review the quote and tap Confirm
  7. The bot will show progress updates until the bridge completes

AI Mode

Just tell the AI what you want:

  • "Bridge 0.5 SOL to BSC"
  • "Send 1 BNB to Base"
  • "Move 2 SUI to Solana"

MCP (Claude Desktop)

Use the trench_bridge tool:

  • fromChain: solana, bsc, base, or sui
  • toChain: solana, bsc, base, or sui
  • amount: Amount in native token units

Requirements

  • Wallets on both chains — you must have a wallet created on both the source and destination chains
  • Sufficient balance — enough native token to cover the bridge amount plus gas fees
  • Patience — bridge times vary from 2-15 minutes depending on the route and bridge provider

How It Works

  1. Quote — Li.Fi finds the best route across all bridge providers
  2. Sign — Your wallet signs the transaction locally (keys never leave your device)
  3. Send — Transaction is broadcast to the source chain
  4. Bridge — The bridge provider handles the cross-chain transfer
  5. Receive — Tokens arrive on the destination chain

Estimated Times

RouteTypical Time
Solana ↔ EVM2-5 minutes
EVM ↔ EVM1-3 minutes
SUI ↔ any3-10 minutes

Times depend on network congestion and the bridge provider selected by Li.Fi.

Tips

  • Bridge times vary — don't worry if it takes a few minutes
  • Larger amounts may get better rates due to lower relative fees
  • Check that you have enough gas on both chains before bridging
  • The bridge status is tracked automatically — you'll get a notification when complete
