Core Package API

The @trenchtools/core package provides headless TypeScript utilities that can be used in Node.js environments.

wallet

Keypair generation, BIP39 mnemonic support, HD wallet derivation, and encrypted storage.

The core PumpFun client is a reference implementation. The UI uses PumpPortal API directly for better browser compatibility.

Dependencies

The core package uses:

• @solana/web3.js — Solana blockchain interaction

• argon2 — Password hashing (Node.js only)
• bip39 — BIP39 mnemonic generation
• ed25519-hd-key — HD wallet key derivation

WARNING

The core package's argon2 dependency requires Node.js (native addon). The UI package stubs this out for browser compatibility using Web Crypto API.
